Engage for Change Stakeholder Management training which is called Understanding the Health & Social Care Environment (UHSCE) I can vouch for this training, it is excellent.  This course is critical in learning how to influence the decision makers in various Stakeholder organisations, mandated to play a role in our health system.  It will impact most of the patient & public involvement work we do in Social, Primary and acute care.  I have found it invaluable in working with the STPs, Commissioners, Government bodies, Trusts and voluntary sector.  Engage for Change produce a series of courses, which NHS will sponsor. engageforchange.org.uk/uhsce.html (ANON)
